Call out charges are £40 (from 1 Nov 04) within the local area (approx 10-15 miles). Mileage over this is charges at 30p per mile. I expect to rectify the majority of faults within an hour or just over, at this fixed £40 fee. If I need to remove the computer to the workshop, to remove some of the more difficult viruses etc, the charge is £50 but that includes a full operating system update and computer check. More complex repairs will be undertaken after full discussion and agreement of any likely additional costs.

To enable Rotherleigh to continue to supply equipment and services at affordable prices, it has become necessary to issue the following terms and conditions.

1. All items remain the property of Rotherleigh until paid for in full.
2. All invoices are issued for payment within 21 days unless by prior arrangement.
3. Invoices remaining unpaid after 21 days will attract a £5 surcharge or 2.5% whichever is the greater.

Credit Card payments can be accepted via PayPal for which there is a 2% surcharge.
